“Perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and authentic Madrid living”

Our stay in Madrid was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They took the time to meet us personally and show us around the apartment, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better - perfectly positioned to give us an authentic local experience while still being well-connected to the city center. The metro and bus connections allowed us to reach downtown Madrid in just 15 minutes. What really made our stay special were all the thoughtful touches. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a full-sized dishwasher and washing machine that worked perfectly. Our hosts provided excellent local recommendations. The area is ideal for families and anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. We loved having Lago del Campo within walking distance - it's a beautiful spot for leisurely strolls and relaxation. Important note for summer 2025 visitors: This has absolutely nothing to do with the property itself, just useful information!!! The nearest metro station is currently closed for reconstruction - however, our thoughtful hosts informed us about this well in advance. Despite this temporary inconvenience, we easily found the Lago metro station which is within walking distance, and we discovered the beautiful Campo del Lago area during our walks there.

“Comfortable apartment, warm welcome, good location, highly recommend”

The warm welcome from the owners who took the time to give us lots of information regarding the apartment, what to see and how to get there. They also left breakfast items for us and a bottle of wine. The apartment, which is in a quiet area was comfortable and spacious, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the metro and bus stop to the centre of town apartment really close.

There was not enough heating in the apartment. The owner had set the thermostat to only work certain hours. In the morning when we woke up the apartment was cold. Then we left for a tour of the city. Even if they warmed the house it was useless. My friend got sick with a fever. The toilet was very smelly. There is some problem with the drainage. The apartment is on the ground floor and this creates insecurity, because the windows are next to the street.
