Well appointed, clean apartment with lots of space for 2 people Good kitchen and bathroom and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed.

To be improved

There are only windows in the lounge,, next to a small terrace with a high wall. This meant that the property received little or no direct sunlight in January and hence it was not very warm inside. Yaiza appeared to have plenty of eating and drinking establishments, but in practice most had limited opening hours. A nearby hotel advertises its restaurant but refused to serve us as they were only dealing with residents.

“The best greeting for the best host”

This time we may have chosen the best accommodation, according to our wishes. The house is located in a quiet place, inside the island. It is ideal for touring the island by car, which is what we wanted, considering that we covered about 1300 km on the island. Recommended for those who like quieter places, yet close to centers such as Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. The most interesting beaches in the south of the island, like the Papagayo National Park, are 20 km away. Timanfaya National Park is only 10 minutes away by car. The house is furnished in a modern, minimalist style, and fits perfectly into the environment of the island. The house is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a huge terrace with a wonderful view. The house also has a spacious yard with a barbecue on the ground floor. It was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner next to a small garden with cacti and island flowers. The kitchen has everything necessary, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. As well as a clothes washing machine. Wifi is also available for free in the house. I must mention that attention was paid to the smallest details, such as pictures and decorative figurines. We also had sand toys available for children, an umbrella, and even separate towels for the beach. Communication with the host was perfect. She helped us with everything we were interested in, such as advice on when to visit the Timanfaya National Park, to avoid kilometers of crowds, so we got in the first group without any waiting. We were greeted by a bottle of wine and a postcard written to welcome us. There is also a car park 50m from the house. If we come to Lanzarote again, this is the house we will definitely choose again. All recommendations.

Everything is perfect. Only that we stayed a little longer than 2 weeks. 😂

Nice small house in the center of the island. The owner is a very lovely and kind person.

Many people say the living/dining room is small, which is true. However we as a group of 3 felt very comfy there.
