Information for check-in was perfect. Spacious lounge and rooms. En suite was a plus.

To be improved

Could have been cleaner. Some decorative damage from a previous leak needs addressing. Stair lift on the stairs makes access a bit tight with luggage.

Great location. Newly remodeled. Very clean. Nice layout and lots of room. Bathrooms recently redone and very nice. Kitchen nicely done. Location is incredible; right in the middle of old town and all you want. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing, note there is not an elevator and on the second floor, but it's really easy to access.

The location of the apartment, in the historic area of Toledo. Checking in was very easy. The hostess was quite responsive. I would definitively consider staying in the apartment during my next visit to Toledo.

To be improved

The floors were not entirely clean when we arrived, but the hostess was quite responsive in arranging a cleanup, even during a holiday.
