“Good but a few irritants”

The apartment is in a location with good access to public transport buses and the train station & is an easy walk & pleasant walk into the central area. The apartment is nice as per photos.

To be improved

1. Check in - we confirmed by message at 12.45pm that we would be checking in at 2pm and were told that Nuria would meet us there. We waited on the street from 1.45pm to 2.15pm (the apartment access is by key only & we did not know where in the building the apartment was anyway). At 2.15pm I was contacted to ask why we were late & when would we arrive as Nuria was waiting for us in the apartment. She also came to the street to look for us at this time but was by then running late to get somewhere else so was irritated that we were supposedly late. She rushed us into the apartment handed us a key & left all within the space of about 1 minute. I noticed another review said they also waiting in the street while the person checking them in was waiting in the apartment so this mistake should not have happened again. 2. The floor felt gritty when we arrived, we ended up sweeping the whole floor and found sand dirt both inside and all over the balcony so clearly the floor had not been swept or washed for our stay. 3. The shower water did not drain properly & water spilled into the floor so we had to check the drain filter and remove a build up of previous guests hair out of it. Once done the shower was fine but again it had not been cleaned out before our stay. 4. The noise of the apartment entry door on the complex slams every time anyone enters or exits the building and can be heard clearly inside the apartment which is in the 2nd floor. Also voices from the street are heard clearly from within the apartment. 5. The kitchen did not have any provisions to wipe dishes after washing. 6. On the property facilities is listed a safety deposit box, we searched the apartment and did not find it anywhere.

“Clean apartment. Convenient location”

The apartment was incredibly clean. The communication from the host was excellent. The towels and bedding were clean, pretty new and very comfortable. The apartment was a good sized space with good facilities in the kitchen and a large fridge freezer The location of the apartment was very convenient for us. It is close to a lovely park, the station and the supermarket

To be improved

We had a slight miscommunication about arrival. We didn't know the number of the apartment so had to wait outside the block, but the lady who was to receive us was waiting on the second floor.

“Nice place to stay”

The best

This is newly renovated apartment with all what is needed for comfortable stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed the big chair and fact that there was Disney avaliable;) Good localisation close to the center.

To be improved

Too cold at the beginning, but AC helped a lot.
