Looks much better in photos, everything is done with low quality materials I couldn't get the stove to work, not sure if broken or too complicated Sanitary fittings in the bathroom were loose and wobbly After showering, the bathroom floor was flooding Very noisy beds, every time anyone moved, they made noise One of the METAL chairs was broken, my child fell through it and was lucky not to scratch herself After you book you find out they charge extra for pretty much everything - got a dog? 10€ more PER NIGHT, got a baby? 10€ more per night for a cot... To check in you need to find a free time slot that works for the very busy cleaning lady

There was no dealbreakers, I'd be happy to stay here again, but there is some issues with this apartment. As others have mentioned, there is a few things that need some work (bathroom door, the shower, a few moving parts that don't work, but nothing too major), but also, when you come to Alicante, are you here to stay in your apartment or are you here to go out and enjoy the city? If you plan to stay inside a lot this might not be the place for you (although it does have a gorgeous balcony, we really enjoyed chilling out on it at the evening time.) One thing I do think is important to mention, wheelchair users could have a hard time accessing this place. It does have 2 elevators and there is great accessibility around the city in general (at least, compared to Ireland) but the elevators in this building were absolutely tiny. both can only comfortably fit 1 person (you can cram 3 or 4 into it) so if you have a motorised chair, it will not fit in here, and even with a manual chair, I'd say it would be a challenge.
