“Practical, good location, modest but comfortable”

The appartment is really well-placed, 3rd floor, luminous and with a lift. Practical. Lots of restaurants, bars, even the brunch place down the building was great. Charming neighbourhood. Easy to walk to the main points of interest, bus and metro nearby.

To be improved

The quality of the bed in the bedroom - already mentionned in other reviews - it squeaks constantly. I found a used towel in the dressing, but the rest was clean and okay. And please add some decoration, it is very plain and dull. It lacks personality. Change the bed, give it more vibes! It has potential. (note: add blankets too!)

1. Overall housekeeping needs attention. I had to carry out some touching up in some areas which were grimey. 2. Host left a wet towel in the washing machine, which created a very nasty smell in the accommodation. 3. The bed needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY ...Too many guests have reported the same issue & clearly no effort has been made to resolve it as the legs unstable and ready to snap at any moment. 4. Digital check-in is not for everyone. A bit of a strange concept and not practical.

The couch in the photo is no longer the current one in the apartment. I found it and the bed very soft and uncomfortable. The air conditioning is only in the living room, old and weak and does not reach the room. I didn’t sleep very well, it was 36 degrees in the city and there wasn’t even a fan in the room…
