Apartamento Cecilio Sierra Nevada

We collected the keys at a local supermarket. Parking was extremely tiny and narrow, we would have damaged our car, so we left it outside in the snow. Once in the apartment, we saw the heating was off, so we put it all on and we left for dinner. Once we got back from dinner, approx. 1h30 hours later, the temperature in the apartment was 15 degrees. The heatings were on, but not powerful enough. There were only 3 tiny heaters. The kids were using the bed bunks, so they had there bed linen prepared on the beds. We were staying on the sofa bed (which was comfortable), but there was no bed linen for us. There was one sheet to cover the mattress. But there was no other bed sheet and there were no pillow cases. Were we supposed to sleep directly with the woollen blankets and no bed sheets, and were we supposed to sleep with our heads directly on the pillows without any pillow case? Disgusting. Also a duvet was missing. While it was still 15 degrees in the apartment and we were very cold, we decided to take everything out of the closet we could find. We covered the pillows with the baby bed bed covers and we took one of the duvets of the kids bedroom. And used the blankets that were left. We called the lady and she told us that she wasn’t in Sierra Nevada and she would find us a solution the next day. The next morning the temperature was 17 degrees and we were all very cold. The kids were awake since 4am. We have sent a Whatsapp message to the lady at 8.30am telling her that this was impossible. Why didn't she immediately replied? We called her at 11pm that we were cold and that she would do something. At 10.30am she still didn't seem to bother and we decided to leave as we couldn't stay in a cold apartment while being -2 degrees outside. 2 weeks later, we still haven't heard from her, no excuse, nothing. Also it says that the restaurants are at 150m from the apartment. This is not TRUE! It would take you 30 min to walk there. WORST PLACE EVER! DONT go...
