“Pleasant”

The best

The apartment was lovely, and the management team was exceptional. However, due to a problem with the air-conditioning, which couldn't be fixed, we had to cut short our stay and move to a different apartment. Alejandro and the owner did everything they could to correct the problem, and as such, I can't praise them highly enough.

“Well equipped apartment with local vibe, with easy walking distance of the mosque/cathedral”

The best

The apartment was quite large with 2 bedrooms, a small outside area, a dining table, large settee and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There was a rack for hanging washing outside and an ironing board. There were basic food stuffs like herbal tea, vinegar, salt and sugar which were useful. At the front shutters opened to the street which had a local feel and there were tapas bars nearby. It was about a 10 minute walk to the historic centre.

To be improved

Personally I didn’t find it a negative but there was some noise from the pedestrianised street outside. There was a slight perfume smell from previous users.

“Very fine stay seen location and size of apprtment”

The best

The apartment was perfectly located in the center of the city and close to tourist attractions and restaurants. One of the Semana Santa processions even passed our street. The apartment itself was sufficient for the two of us, had all necessary facilities in there and had good wifi connection.

To be improved

Prefer to have a shower instead of a bath tub, especially at certain age. The parking was close by however a bit small for our (too large) car. Fortunately the other tourist facility did not have a car at the same time otherwise getting out the parking would have been a challenge,

“Great location, supermarket, cafes and shops nearby”

The best

Central location, modern kitchen, nicely furnished, very clean, everything you need is there, eg. oil, vinegar, toilet rolls, kitchen wipe, etc. good communication from host. Beautiful communal area.

To be improved

Just a warning for those who like to get to bed early, the bar/restaurant opposite is noisy until late on Friday & Saturday nights.
