The location was brilliant

To be improved

The place was a little confusing to get into with not many instructions once getting through the gate. There were ants in every room including the bedroom. I woke up with them crawling on me. Not the nicest. There was mould on the living room wall too

When we alerted the team about the unacceptable situation of dirt (so much dust; especially around the bed plus these socks from different guests (photo 1) and hair in linen and bathroom) the cleaning person entered the apartment without waiting our consent, when we weren’t in the apartment, which for us was a huge problem because we had personal belongings there, and after the cleaning written a message telling us about our stuff laying around (we just came with two small backpacks, how bad could this possibly have been), educating us rudely. and even after cleaning, dark hair was still in the shower and curtain and sink. The foto of the bug is actually from after their second cleaning. :(
