The best

Was competing in Marbella Championship, so the apartment was superbly located right near El Corte, Puerto Banus, Banus Beach & The Arena. Easily accessible, 2 sets of keys, lift access, lots of items left for usage when you arrive. I will be rebooking for next year without a doubt.

To be improved

The pool was closed and we had no prior notice of this, when speaking to concierge there was a sign displayed explaining it was from Marbella govt, because of a drought, however, dated from November 2023. Which makes me believe they just don't want to spend the money on filtration and upkeep etc. As other apartments' pools were open. Did get pretty noisy outside on Saturday night.

Has everything you need, is central, very reasonable price and the balcony was super. Loved the baskets full of things in the bathroom, very useful for the little things we forgot. Also had 2 hairdryers and straighteners. The man who owns the property is lovely and let us extend our check out time without charge!!

Nice old style Spanish apartment , very spacious , great location right in the center of Banus , staff friendly and on hand for help over messages

Little dated , left the keys in the room by mistake and no back up was on hand at reception
