Problem with check-in in the evening

The apartament was is a rather old building but well maintained. However the furniture is very old and some of the facilities aswell, like the shower, sinks etc. We've travelled in february so in the evening was quite chill and the apartament didnt have a heating system. We were able to find an electric heater after the first night but that nearly was enough for one room and had to move it from one room to another. It crashed the next day anyhow. The personell, a nice young man, even though was eager the help, was clearly unexperimented and new in this field. His approach lacked profesionalism and refinament . The biggest disappointment was the charge of a 200 euro security deposit, and the rental conditions wich we have received after we've booked the property. Basically, we had to take all the trash out and leave everything tidy and spotless, just the way we found it otherrwise we could have been subject to extracharge. I didnt mind cleaning, washing the dishes and taking the trash out, however didnt feel comfortable with that pressure, knowing that I might be charghed if I leave smth behind. I dont recommend. I wouldnt go there again.
