There should be more things added in the kitchen such as towel to dry the cutlery etc. the hair dryer broken but overall we had all things we needed

The owner was supposed to write to us the day before to provide details about check in, but didn't. So we had to do it ourselves. The number indicated in the profile is not callable, so you have to write to WhatsApp and call on the number that it sends automatically.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, the host failed to provide us with the correct key for the building. When we reached out to the host for a solution, we were shockingly told to ring the intercom of other residents and hope that they would let us in. This was not only unacceptable but also incredibly disrespectful. The bedroom was damp, making it unbearable to stay in. It was impossible to get any sleep in such conditions. To make matters worse, the sofa was the most uncomfortable one we’ve ever encountered—it felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The dirty bedding was absolutely shocking and showed a complete lack of basic hygiene standards. Adding to this misery was the constant, loud noise from the street every night, making it impossible to get any proper rest. This stay was a nightmare from start to finish, and I am truly furious with how things turned out. I strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation at all costs.

Sadly there is a LONG list of issues we faced during our stay. Firstly, the address on booking.com described the flat as No20, however no No20 exists on that street. We tried to contact the property but faced no reply. Eventually we contacted an emergency number and were told it was actually No12. We received no flat number and needed to phone again to get this. The lock of the front door doesn’t work properly. There were cockroaches in the hallway and kitchen drawers. We rang the owner to complain and were told “it’s normal” and that “every flat in Seville has cockroaches” (however we immediately moved to another flat which had NO cockroaches). We asked the contact to move us to another flat, but she told us she was not authorised to offer us a refund or alternative accommodation. We waited 1 hour for her to call back without a solution. We made the decision to leave the flat and raise a complaint directly with Booking.com, who contacted the owner but received no reply. We are awaiting some form of refund for this.

The owner did not respond to us for our request, even though they promised to assist us.
