“Clean, basic and comfortable. Would stay there again”

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. We found it comfortable, fairly basic, but we didn't require anything more and very clean. The television wasn't working for the whole period (3 weeks) despite being reported several times, which was frustrating. There is no sun on this balcony in March, do not know about any other months.

To be improved

It was not advertised as being within the Optimist complex which would have been helpful. Could have done with a bit more crockery. We bought mugs and glasses

Very had to wait nearly 2 hours to get keys then it was the cleaner who eventually let us in. Felt a bit like Fort Knox with the amount of locks, gates etc. Even the pool was fenced off. Once the keys are left in the room on departure you can't get out. The gates should be made to get out. We had to again wait around to ask a resident to let us out. Communication a plenty when asking us to check in online and information from us but when in resort long time to reply and up to 2 days to come back to us. Also no sun on the apartment all day.

“Great apartment in Playa de las Americas”

The best

The location is close to everything you need: the beach, supermarket, restaurants, bus station, excursion departures, promenade, and shopping area. The apartment has a living area with a kitchen and an extendable sofa, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. All rooms are spacious. The balcony is large and provides access to the pool (I don't think it is heated). You will also find beach towels. The staff was friendly and open to helping us.

“Great little apartment with amenities included.”

The best

I loved the location and the friendly staff assisting us with key collections. We did have to pay €40 as a fee for late check in (after 5pm) which we understood and paid but Olga gave us a free later checkout due to our late flight which was great of her. The apartment was extremely clean and very equipped with all amenities. The location was outstanding and the friendliness of neighbours was a great bonus too. Overall, it's a great apartment and will definitely be back next year around the same time. A side note Olga gave me a free bottle of white wine for my birthday which was a great little addition. Thank you for accommodating us.

To be improved

The bed mattress was uncomfortable and was solid and there was dust that settled during our stay which caused allergies with myself. The apartment got hot quickly too but the ceiling fans helped. I wouldn't like to stay during the summer months but winter was perfect for us temperature wise.

“Superb”

The best

The location was very central with excellent facilities around, the pool and grounds were immaculate. It was peaceful and relaxing. Would definately go back and definately recommend this property
