Internet didn’t work. We were able to connect but the speed was so low that it didn’t work at all. TV didn’t work for the same reason.

The location of the apartment it is not good for family and kids. Has many suspicious activities, many places like clubs and sex shops for adults. We don't feel confort and safe in the place. The check-in process was poor and confusing. We don't receive clear instructions on the location of the apartment because it was different from the place where you did the check-in. The apartment dont have sufficient soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper we stay for 3 nights only. When you do the check-in they hold $100.00 per night for deposit fiance. They hold me more than $200.00 dollars, so you need to consider that fee, and they have a tourist fee too. The app to do the check in don't function well.
