“No answer to requests for reimbursement of €200 security deposit”

Vey good location. The apartment was very clean and recently renovated. The bathroom was large and towels were good quality.

NO REPLIES TO REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT: They asked me for a security deposit of €200, which they said was mandatory to access the apartment. This payment was made directly, not via Booking. Their conditions said it would be returned within 7 days of leaving. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS and they have not replied to several messages I have sent them asking for confirmation of the reimbursement.

“Good place but bad management”
The best

It was a really convenient location! Many bars and restaurants around close to the Main Street full of stores. But quiet alley. Right next a grocery store.

To be improved

Sooo disappointed with the instructions to get in the building! They have an app ugh! Which didn’t work at all. They didn’t give a write or picture instructions to get in. We had to stay in the cold to try everything we could guess that would work. We were lucky a neighbour came and open the door for us! They don’t have 24/7 support! It’s just office numbers that they don’t answer. Again no instruction given to us how to get in! The toiletries were so little for 3 people 2 nights.
