“Apartment great no sun loungers spoilt overall experience”

Property was lovely, very clean and modern.

To be improved

Having a pool area with no loungers was a real disappointment. We booked the apartment for the pool and couldn’t use it to sit there due to no sun loungers. Had to go to the beach every day. Children then stayed in the apartment most of the time. Portable sun loungers are needed so the pool can be used. Room also needs a safe for passports etc.

“We had a lovely holiday at this apartment, but not bucket again due to the pool situation”

We had a lovely holiday at the apartment Clara however it was spoilt by the fact that there were no sun loungers or chairs around the pool area, we were expected to sit on the concrete floor or concrete benches, we did actually go out and buy some small deck chairs to use. also this apartment which is up five flights of stairs with no lift is in a gated secure residential block which we feel that we should’ve known before booking. The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you need for your stay, Razvan who managed the apartment was very attentive and text us several times throughout the holiday to make sure we were okay . The doors leading out onto the balcony area was unlockable and there were no safe to use,so we felt we had to carry our money etcetera with us. The apartment is in a great location, however right opposite our balcony they are renovating the sol Arona hotel, so we were woken up early each morning by builders breaking glass and banging.

“Lovely sunny break”

Clean, modern and spacious. We stayed as a group of 6 and were pleasantly surprised at everything the apartment offered. The host was friendly and accompanying. The location was convenient with lots of lovely beaches, bars and restaurants nearby!

“Family birthday trip”

The best

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool area was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Razvan was very easy to communicate with before and after our trip.
