Great location, 👍 Private, Safe. Self catering. Swimming pool clean and accessible to anyone with mobility issues. Close to airport but air traffic noise not an issue.. Constant warm breeze! Beautiful.

“Club Valena”

The best

Our 2nd stay at this apartment..the first was probably about 2 years ago. Well furnished apartment with good facilities, cooker, microwave, washing machine. A really good pool and also a kiddies pool. Hardly a 5 minute walk to the beach or the commercial centre which has a good selection of restaurants and bars. Club Valena is a really quiet development and well maintained..we will be back!!

“Lovely spacious apartment in a great location.”

The best

Lovely spacious apartment. Excellent communication from host. Nice surprise - water and wine provided by host. Everything as described on site. Basic toiletries provided with cleaning materials. Towels provided. Self catering apartment good working kitchen with all utensils cups, pans e.t.c. Great location, short walk to Matagorda shopping centre for restaurants and cafes. More cafes and shops along the beach front. Easy access for taxis and buses. Easy access to Puerto de Carmen and more restaurants, cafes and the beach.

To be improved

Only thing I would have preferred was heavier curtains by the front door. As the night draws in you can see everything in the apartment when the lights are turned on. Heavier curtains would provide more privacy in the apartment.

The place is not as described on the pictures… It has broken and damaged walls, some furniture is also damaged, light in the room was not working properly (bad electricity cable), it seems everything was “cleaned” in the last minute as there were signs of uncleaned area on the mirrors in the toilet and room… For three people and 5 nights stay we were provided only with 2 rolls of toilet paper and each person get only two towels (one small and one standard size). There was also nothing in the kitchen (e.g. salt, peper), no soap on the toilet etc. Furthermore, Yazmine didn’t provide wi-fi password that we asked her two times via Whatsapp. Also she didn’t provide any helpful info that we asked for.. She replied only on the taxi ride request asking for 40 eur for a ride from airport to the accommodation what is insane as there is only 5km far away.. This was bad experience which we never experienced before.
