The best

Apartment well distributed, having necessary tools. TV very few local channels. Good location, near city center.

To be improved

Neighbor erased all good feeling from the place. He kept smoking in public areas of the building mainly in front my door, I warned him, he didn’t care at all, and a very unpleasant non stop smell of chemical like air spray fresheners
