We arrived and followed the check-in instructions exactly, but the key was missing from the lockbox. We were stuck outside and had to rely on a local resident just to enter the building. Things got even worse — after knocking and waiting outside the apartment, a man suddenly came out claiming he had booked the place too. Someone was staying there WITHOUT permission. The host never responded to our messages, and we received no help, no explanation, and no access to what we paid for. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable. We felt unsafe and had no choice but to leave. !!!!!!!!!Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!

The best

Big flat, clean in the middle of the center close to everythingby walk. Only little bit cold in the evening but with reverse Air conditioning it is okay. Sometimes the quantity of hot water is not enough...we were 3 and always the 3rd person was having less hot water.

I would say it is a good apartment for the price we paid. It is close to center, has 3 bedrooms and is comfortable for a night or two.
