Size and amenities of apartment. Washing area, good kitchen etc.

To be improved

Noisey people and parking is a big challenge and 10 mins walk. OK if not raining etc. This is advised in listing.

The apartment is very cozy, beautiful and well-equipped; it is accessible (ground floor) and has good air conditioning.

To be improved

The only fallback is the difficulty to find it at first and the difficulty to park nearby.
