without air conditioning. when I made the reservation, in the description it appeared that they have air conditioning. very dirty everything. a lot of bugs. do not reserve such a thing

I got a whatsapp message from the host asking me to check in online. It was in spanish and i dont speak spanish. The taxi driver had to tell me what it said, the taxi driver even rung them to ask where i need to get the keys from because this wasnt clear. I didnt even know i had a whatapp message until the host had told the taxi driver. (i dont use whatsapp often). The lady in joannas bar where i picked the keys up from was unhelpful and i felt she was a bit rude. the electricity tripped a few times when there - you cant have the hot water running for a shower and have the kettle on at the same time. You get what you pay for.

The reception was very unfriendly.
