The best

The host was really helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for sightseeing central Madrid. The beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped.

To be improved

The photos gave the impression of a much larger space. The beds were both wall mounted and when they were down there was no room left at all to move around. Having said that they were comfortable. I would recommend the apartment for 2 people but not 3 as the space is quite limited.

Building itself. Apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was empty booze and beer bottles on steps. Looked very trashy. Very poor lighting on stairs leading to apartment. Had to use the flashlighton phone.. Bathroom very very small and in need of a mojor renovation.
