Tiny kitchen, smelly drains

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift and there is a ladder to the bedroom so it's not great for people with mobility problems but it was fine for us. Also, the bedroom is open to the ground floor so not suitable for younger kids. It was really hot when we where there and the bedroom was boiling, the aircon is not powerful enough to cool it down quickly.

It's smaller than it appears in the pictures because the sofa bed downstairs takes up all the space in the entrance and living room. There is also no dining table or space to have a meal. The TV is very small, the size of a computer screen. The apartment is in an old building which was renovated on some parts, however the details in the construction seem unfinished and low quality. There's a lot of steps to get to the apartment and the stairs inside the apartment to get to the top bed are super steep so beware of that. The sink was broken and nearly falling out of the wall... Pretty dangerous. In the bed upstairs there's a window in the ceiling that has no black out curtains so you basically wake up with the sun light. We also had a huge problem with the electronic keys they have because the system ran out of batteries at night. We did get a notification in the morning from the system saying that the batteries were running out and we warned the host that said there was nothing to worry about. We basically got there at night and we couldn't get inside. We had to wait 1h for someone from the renting company to come and the guy took 2h to fix the issue with the batteries plus there was no electricity (so no wifi) and it took forever for him to fix it. It seemed like he didn't know what he was doing because he was not familiar with the building.
