“Wonderful apartment and location that made our experience truly unique!”

The best

Excellent location within walking distance from major historical sites and delicious food options. Even though it was close to busy areas, the apartment building and street outside were calm and quiet. The host was very kind and met us late at night to give us the keys.

To be improved

The shower was exceptionally small. Otherwise, no issues!

The best

Great location of the apartment, easy check-in, good bed, we didn't use the kitchen but the size is just right. Due to the location the apartment is out of direct sun and a bit noisy at night. I recommend the apartment.

“Great location if you like good access to bars and the sights”

The location - close to everything which meant it was easy to return for a siesta in the heat. The sofa was very comfy and the aircon very effective The local host David was understanding when we realised that we would need a late check in We loved Valencia - it is so full of history and green parks. Had an excellent bike tour down to Les Artes - its a great city for cycling.

To be improved

The kitchen has very few utensils and the fridge location is not ideal. The bathroom is the smallest we encountered in Spain, the shower cubicle miniscule - my husband had to wedge himself in! The shower fixture is leaking and one of doors was unattached and loose (we tried to fix it but couldn't). Despite it looking like it had been recently refurbished it is looking for worse for wear. It would have been helpful to have been more upfront about the EUR300 security deposit as part of the initial booking information. On our trip in Spain it was the only apartment that required it. As others have commented - it is a very noisy location - bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
