The location was excellent. The staff gave great instructions and responded timely. Good communication.

To be improved

The photographs mis represent the reality of a worn down Old studio apartment. Cleanliness was a 7 of of 10. Noisy not from the street but from the thin wall with next door apartment. Wires showing and unfinished cabinetry. Cheap cheap cheap!! Ok for a night or two if no choice but NO MORE! Price is quite high for what you get. Location and Staff is fantastic instructing and responding. That was the plus.

We booked from Saturday until Wednesday. We arrived at 16.00 to check in then left the very next morning to move to another apartment The apartment had bugs everywhere, lights were not working in main bedroom, stains all over the couch, walls were filthy, plug sockets hanging off the list goes on I had to pay another £500 for another apartment as I was not prepared to have my children stay in there
