Good location. Pleasant decoration. Good apartment, excellent kitchen with a lot of appliances and things to cook with. Informative and helpful communication from the hosts.

To be improved

The heating was confusing. I turned the A/C on the living room but was not sure it worked properly. The water pressure from the shower was not very good, and it was hard have warm water, it either was burning hot or cold.

What we liked most about our stay at Plaza España VIII- Modern and central apartments was the location and the decent level of comfort. The location is perfect, the main attractions and entertainment are within walking distance. The presence of parks nearby is an additional plus. The service and attention of your staff is good.

Very good location right off Gran Via with shops and restaurants. Steps from Plaza de España and 2 metro stations. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Great Wifi and good communication from hosts.

To be improved

A bit noisy late at night on the weekend. The kitchen needs more glasses and cutlery.
