“South facing balcony, good appliances & close Bonanza Square with some TLC could be good rental.”

My thoughts - in my opinion, this property has the potential to be a good holiday let. It has a sunny, south facing balcony which overlooks a small park, with some trees harbouring both pigeons & parakeets, further over Gamonal Ave and beyond to the sea. The bus stop to both Mijas and Torremolinos is just across the park on Gamonal Ave. The apartment is in close proximity to Bonanza Square which also has a Supermarket (MAS). The kitchen houses some good appliances, ie; 4 ring electric hob, single electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.

To be improved

My thoughts - the balcony houses tired storage boxes and rusty shelf hung on the wall outside the patio door posing a hazard at head height. The gap between the balustrade rail & balcony floor lacks a safe & strong skirting board. The balcony would give me rise for concern with young children. The cleaning standard upon arrival at the apartment was poor and lends to a need for regular maintenance & thorough cleaning regime. The paint work throughout was tired.
