To be improved

Very disappointnting, arrived tired to the apartment to find water on the floor from the washing mashine. They had out it on and left it, therefore they were full of laundry when we arrived and we had to turn it off. The apartment was not clean, had lots of stains everywhere and the shower had no door and was also not clean. They didn't even have soap for hands and the bedsheets had a weird smell and hair on them. Absolutely didn't worth the money that we paid and we wish we had booked a hotel that would be more expensive, but where we could at least sleep comfortably. I contacted the owner due to how unclean the apartment was and they did insist that it was cleaned, however it seems like our perception of clean is different. They were kind in terms of their manner, however still didn't help with how disappointing the apartment was.
