Only having one set of keys when we were a group of 5 The flooring under and around the sofa had not been cleaned in some time (cob webs and lots of dust).once cleaned it was fine

Excellent location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The place was well equipped. Over and above service to meet us with the key in Santa Cruz and get us to the bus station. Nice to have the pool access as well.

To be improved

The wifi was not working. We had to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves. The apartment could use some updating of furniture and window coverings.

Location perfect ! Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Pools in the facility were nice. Small and cozy property.

Excellent location, apartment spotlessly clean. Lots of clean towels available. Great pool area and well kept gardens. Pictures don’t do the property justice! Host easily contactable.

To be improved

No air on which isn’t a problem in October. Only one fan for the entire apartment, would benefit from one in each room.
