Apartamento con piscina a 500m de la playa

Spacious apartment.

Booked this apartment as stayed on the complex before a couple of years ago and was very disappointed to say the least! We arrived and the bed in lounge was not made for the additional guests we had to do that ourselves, there were only light see through curtains so guests sleeping in the lounge had no privacy. Kitchen dishes were put away full of water, got soaked when I reached to take down some dishes to use and the cutlery was absolutely filthy. Very limited pans to cook with, those we did have were badly scratched so food stuck to bottom when attempting to cook with them. No toaster, the kettle was broken. Cooker hood did not work, plates were only large no smaller ones, no chopping board. Toilet flush was broken, the door to the bedroom had dropped a little off of the hinges so got stuck half way. The wardrobe doors did not close at all. Many many cats on the complex made worse at the apartment because the owners have a feeding bowl on the patio, it was filthy dirty and the many cats were urinating on the patio so it stank of urine, very unhygienic and meant we could not use the outdoor space at all. I messaged the owner/rental agent who apologized and said would sort everything, it took a whole day for someone to turn up with a couple of new pans, toaster and kettle that was all, the rest of the problems were not resolved. This apartment while was not expensive it neither was cheap and payment was taken in full in advance and was non refundable. All in all an unpleasant stay. Looking back at other reviews, they appear rather false and made up, think twice before booking.
