Lovely place for an extended stay. The apartment is neat with a well equipped kitchen, the lovely view from the balcony is a definite plus. Gula Restaurant across the street is the neighborhood spot where we felt at home quickly, the food was also great. The bus terminal is a few steps from the apartment complex, which is good for commuting, we made short visits to Valencia and Alicante. There's a Tram that goes from Denia all the way to Alicante making stops along the way, we made day trips to Altea and Benidorm. We have plans for our next visit to take the ferry to the Balearic islands that we didn't have enough time this visit. Andrea is a very attentive host that gave us( 3 sexagenerian ladies) excellent advice.

Nice two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment, good location and well equipped. Everything you need was there - shampoos, washing machine, towels, different pillows, even cooking oil etc. Parking under building, outside apartment territory nice and clean. Only one thing really bothered us, that they gave us only one key. It was really uncomfortable some times as we were one couple and one single person in our apartment, we had to always think things through who goes where and who takes the key, because people are not moving all the time together in and out. We asked extra key, but landlord told there is none.

Large balcony with plenty of room for four adults to sit & to dine outside. Good facilities for laundry if like us you're touring for a few weeks and the airline luggage allowance means you can't carry enough to see you through without. WiFi was good, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable. The balcony overlooks the pool area and has a great view of the mountains.
