“Lovely clean apartment close to the beach. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Small bathroom but good shower pressure. Very close to bus and tram stops for visiting the Old Town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. Large supermarket (Mercadona) in the next street with everything you could need. Host was helpful especially when key code didn't appear to work (it did in the end!) Beautiful beach with lovely sand and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas (although they were quite expensive at 27 Euros per day for two beds and a parasol). Sweet outside terrace for drinks - we were there in a heatwave so it was a bit hot out there. · Cons: The front door lock was quite stiff - maybe needs a bit of WD40? A full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be good. Aircon in the kitchen/sitting area, but not in the bedroom, so a ceiling fan might be a good addition?”

- Staff was responsive and tried to follow up on status - Great location: 10 min walk to the beach and bus stops to the center right outside

To be improved

- Given wrong key holder code for check-in - Extremely dirty apartment: crumbs in the kitchen, sticky surfaces, smelly kitchen towels, used bottles of soap left behind, dirty shower with cleaning sponge still left behind - Details: no dish rack, no bathmat We had to waste our first morning buying cleaning supplies and tidying things up because the status of the apartment was not acceptable

“Not as nice as the pictures”

The location was excellent and it was useful to have a washing machine.

To be improved

The apartment was passably clean although the towels didn’t smell too good so we washed them on the first day. The walls are all grubby and marked and the air conditioning unit is filthy so it drops black bits onto the dining table; when it works. Luckily in May we didn’t need it much. The garden furniture is black plastic; fine but not as nice as the pictures, which overall sums up the stay.
