The kitchen is well equiped but it was not cleaned when we arrived. The beds were comfortable but the linens were not changed from the previous guests.

To be improved

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived, they managed to organize cleaning next day, but we had a horrible first night. They have coffee machine but they did not leave a single coffee pod (capsule) for the guests who arrived Saturday late at night, for the morning coffee. We had six towels and two rolls of toilet paper for the 8 days.

“A Chaotic Stay: Broken Bed, Unusable Heating, and Major Inconveniences”

Our stay was simply chaotic, with several major issues: The bed in the main bedroom completely broke during our stay. It was already visibly fragile, as it had been poorly propped up with makeshift and very amateur wooden supports, as shown in the attached photos. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. The heating was unusable due to the unbearable noise from a motor located right next to the bedroom. The constant sound made it impossible to sleep, forcing us to turn it off despite the cold weather. One evening, we were greeted with a strong sewage odor upon returning to the apartment, which made the environment even more unpleasant. The parking spot was in a different building, which made things extremely inconvenient. The provided remote didn’t allow us to access our building directly, meaning we couldn’t use the elevator to bring up our luggage or groceries. With a 1.5-year-old child and an elderly person, having to climb stairs each time was exhausting. In summary, this stay was a complete failure in terms of the promised comfort. The attached photos further illustrate the poor condition of the accommodations.
