“Very poor”
To be improved

First, the nauseous, abhorrent smell coming from the sewer. Horrible! Sleeping in this place is torture because of the smell! Secondly, for 3 days the water heater did not work. We are on winter. The solution presented by the owner was really hilarious! He proposed that we take a bath with the water coming from the central heating system. Risk of exposing ourselves to Legionella. In short We left the place early! I don't even know if the place has a habitability license
