Very clean and tidy . Excellent location . Access to buses . Do not need a car for short stays

Could not get TV to work without registering with various apps but we had iPads. So no big issue

Excellent location, right by the sea, with sunrise views in the morning. There is parking and a convenient ground floor location. The apartment has everything needed for both short-term and long-term stays.

To be improved

Please note that the walls are a bit thin, and you might sometimes hear the neighbors. As the apartment is on the ground floor with a lovely restaurant just outside, there can be some lively sounds, especially during busy times. If you’re sensitive to noise, it’s good to be aware of this — but many guests enjoy the vibrant atmosphere!

“Just perfect! Exceeded my expectations!”

Clean and spotless, well organized and spacy, the apartment has been renovated recently, has all modern ameneties that you need. I will become a regular, for sure.The location is fantastic! Sea front, restaurant just below! Coffee shops, supermarkets extremely close. The La Mata beach is practically in your front yard. Accessible with car and other vehicles, parking in front of the building.

Missed my flight at the airport so I booked this nice apartment last minute. The apartment is recently renovated and was clean, well-kept, and good vibes all around. There is a lovely sea view. Communication with the host was smooth, they provided clear instructions for check-in and helpful suggestions for the apartment. They also assisted in finding transportation for the airport the next day which was very helpful. The location is convenient, with the beach across the parking lot. The restaurant below is very good. The apartment itself was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable and big.
