“Very nice 3 night stay in Almerimar made all the better by the sunny weather.”

breakfast N/A. Location is just over a mile from the marina and centre of Almerimar but that would not deter me from returning as I enjoy walking. Access to the promenade from the gardens of the property. Tried this apartment because others near the marina and centre of the city have risen considerably over the last couple of years. This property was ideal for me and would return.

“Sunny spacious apartment in very calm area, right by the sea”

The best

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area. There is only a large garden, promenade and sand dunes separating you from the beach, which is less than 3 minutes away from the door. The terrace gets some sunshine which is nice. The TV is a bit dated, but does the job. Internet connection is quite fast. Reclining chairs are a nice touch in from of the TV. The garage is very comfortable and large (2.10m tall), the parking space fit our van no problem. There are carts by the lift for convenience to carry luggage to the apartment.

To be improved

The pipes are a bit too loud when neighbors flush.
