“So dirty and owner is rude!”

It is extremely dirty, smells mold and urine, property does not match pictures, so that the Booking refunded on the first message. There is no bed, two matrasses one over the other and so soft that your legs are higher your head, the beddings were dirty and obviously used and not washed after, there was somebody’s curly hair all over. The sockets are unsafe and some are melted. The owner is extremely rude, after I was trying to complain she offered no apology or fixes, but texted me with sarcasm that it will be our excellent return home.
