Apartamento coqueto

Not clean. Bad smell as you enter the lobby and apartment…bed very hard and only one thin sheet. Pots and pan and ustensiles very old and overused. Then small ants in kitchen area. Could not leave anything out. Had to spray everyday!

The apartment was a bit dirty, the countertop was sticky and the sofa was also dirty, the mattress topper was torn and we found some hair leftovers but the sheets were clean. The duvet was unusable, very dirty/old was thrown in the cupboard. No other cover whatsoever. The apartment needs to be freshly painted and renewed.

The smell from the drains, the noise you can hear from outside and neighbours. The windows are not great you can hear the cars. There is a smell from the drains and a damp smell from.the bathroom that does not go away. Who is.managing the flat tried to.help but is the old state of the flat that womt do. Also the pillow covers are clean and the bed is ok but the pillows need changing as theysmell like smoke. Every morning I wake up.my hair smells like smoke. At first I thought its jusy my impression but definitely not.Someone muat have smoken in the room. At the window there is small pergola that keeps away the sun but when its windy js very noisy. Spring time is usually windy near the sea.
