There was no air conditioning inside the apartment, however they did provide a fan.

It had everything we needed and practically on the beach. Close enough to shops and restaurants but not noisy. Near the ferry port (perfect for a day trip to Lanzarote). Spacious apartment with terrace and swimming pool. Easy to park nearby. Well equipped kitchen.

Situated 1 minute from the beach. Sunset lounge on your doorstep highly recommended for afternoon or evening cocktails . 10-minute walk to the strip, plenty of choices for dining out reasonably priced.

This was our 3rd stay with vacanzy property apartment no 12 in the past 5 years . Sadly, this stay was a letdown, to say the least. The apartment is in need of a refurbishment. Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom continuously. Musty spell throughout the apartment. No safe on site yet advertised on booking.com. A broken, dangerous bed in the main bedroom to which we could not use. The kitchen socket gives off a shock. Sliding door easily accessible due to the locking mechanism not always working. These issues have been mentioned in previous reviews in the past two years by other guests. I myself highlighted all the above and received confirmation from vacanzy that "we will try to address each issue one by one." January 2025

Location, apartment size and it's well equipped

To be improved

Unfortunately the pool and pool area was closed and there were only 2 very old sun loungers available to use. However the beach is on its doorstep but beach shoes required to access the sea !
