The older neighbor downstairs often causes a disturbance, or the mother forgets to turn off the TV, that was annoying, but it wasn't always the case.

Location and staff availability.

We booked for 5, but the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on, and it needs to be replaced. Lots of signs of use. Water heater was dripping in the extension cable, causing the power to go off, luckily without more significant incidents.

It was great place very clean and great location.

To be improved

The outside noise was bad all night people walking by talking very loud and the neighbour had the TV extremely loud all 3 nights. But when i told the host, she was addressing it with them to b more considering of other people. She was great.
