sofa bed uncomfortable, need extra pillows, no air con, change of bed lining would be helpful

Very disappointed to arrive to a dirty apartment 😞 the couch cushions and throw smelled really bad as well as the cushions on the bed, which hadn't been washed. The towels were also dirty so luckily there was a washing machine which we had to buy detergent for to clean them. Bad condensation on windows in the morning, ventilation not good. The listing said there would be cleaning equipment and toiletries but the apartment was very poorly stocked (2 toilet rolls for a week, no basics like rubbish bags or anything in the kitchen so factor in having to buy all of the necessities on top of the cost). When I told the owner about these issues after the first night, he came over and told us we could go somewhere else if we had a problem with it... he did arrange for a cleaning the following day, but the cushions and throw were never brought back and it was a colder week there in the evenings, no heating so not suitable off peak. Pool is also freezing so wasn't suitable in February. I should have known with not so many reviews but overall very disappointed with the dirt of the place and not enough basic necessities for a week stay.
