“Overall good flat with all the utilities but poor location too much noise”

The best

Facilities really good but the marketing of use of a second bedroom was underhand. The flat location is right next to the local market which is open late and noisy. The market owners open up early before 7am every day and have a noisy dog which was very disturbing. Cohabitants in the other flats were also noisy well into the early hours and above the market next door is a local brass band practice room again quite a nuisance mist nights late on.

To be improved

Marketing of the use of the second bedroom. It’s hidden in the small print that if you need the second bedroom of what is advertised as a two bedroom apartment it is extra. I don’t see the small print and in order to get use of the second room as there were two of us requiring a room each I paid 420 Euros cash for the 14 nights

“Good value comfortable apartment in a convenient location”

The best

Perfect location - Large supermarket nearby. Easy walk to the town, bars and beaches (a bit steep on the way home at the end of the day!) The apartment was very clean and fitted with modern comfortable furniture. A large sunny balcony enjoys views over the bustling town. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine.
