Every morning loud music 8 am from school next door then 3 times a day in the middle of nowhere. Said pets allowed on advert but as we did not tell them on arrival charged us 300 euros usable beach taxi ride not walkable

Our young son run into the patio doors as there were no stickers, and it was not toughened glass. Just shards of glass. We were very lucky it was more serious. The flat is out of condition, appliances mostly very old. Even simple things like the seats, the leather is all ripped and shower leaks into downstairs apartment. The first 2 days if the holiday were spent waiting in for repairmen. We were good guests and didn't complain, but then they took the damages deposit for the broken glass, even though the incident had led to police being called and hospitalised our son! There was no apology for the sub-standard glass. You couldn't use the air-con as it caused so much heat in the laundry room we were scared there would be a fire. Old. Shabby. Needs renovation and some TLC. Of course, I understand maybe health and safety laws are different in Spain...but this property would be not fit for use in England.
