Apartamento Cueto II

First of all, our booking has been confirmed and money has been taken immediately, however when we arrived at the accommodation, nobody was there, nobody was answering our calls, we have been on the street for over 2 hours and when we finally managed to get through with the owner, she said she wasn't aware of the booking because of the Internet connection. Another thing, there's a false advertisement, because at booking.com this accommodation advertising breakfast included, and in fact there are not any meals included. The whole flat was extremely cold, there was no any heating available, and nobody cared about our discomfort. No WiFi available at all, which is shocking. This was overall the worst experience.

It was hard getting in contact with the person that had the keys. We messaged multiple updates during the day stating when we would get in (we are hiking the Camino so we had to estimate our arrival and gave updates if there were any changes to it). After hiking for hours with multiple messages we had to wait 30 minutes for a response to go to another location to get the keys. The smaller bed is old and worn, the middle sagged. There is some kitchen ware but no spices, oils, or coffee. There is no WiFi. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap.

No WiFi, the kitchen is pointless we couldn’t find anything for simple cook (no cooking knife, no cutting board). Not event oil,salt, or pepper. One other thing is that they provide towels (2 shower towels, 1 hand towel) all of them seems folded and clean, but it has such a bed smells. With the price they offered, would be nice if these small things also considered.
