Didn't realise it was in a residential complex One pool closed. Other one only open 4pm-7pm and was only notified of this a few days before holiday Some items in the apartment needed attention/repair/upgrading

Apartment in reality looks like on the photos or even better. Very nice garden with swimming pools and tenis courts. Parking slot available in the building. Easy communication with the host. We’ve really enjoyed the stay.
