Apartamento Daniel Zaragoza

The apartment was SUPER dirty, so my wife needed to clean all the dust. Apartment is outdated and pictures on Booking.com do not match reality. When we booked, they knew 5 person will come in the apartment, but they leave only 2 towels. Also, in description is stated ''free parking'' and on day of arrival we get message that we can park around of the apartment or in public garage. None of this combination can not be considered as ''free parking'' especially as apartment is located in city center, so on arrival we needed about 30 minutes to drive in find parking. On our message to them that apartmant is dirty and there are only two towels, they reply was ''We are sorry, hope that will not happen again and hope to see you again in Zaragoza''. Yes, we will come, but not in Apartamento Daniel Zaragoza. I booked more than 100 properties via Booking in last 10 years, and this one is defenetly one of the worst experiences. Hope Booking.com will find solution how to control more this type of fake informations in description. Rate 2 is only because of the location.

Nowhere to park,we couldn't even take our cases out of the car without being fined!The apartment was better suited for students,it needs totally updating,very shabby,the sheets were clean,but needed ironing,the shower was very basic,there was mould around the window,the floor and walls need attention,new curtains would help,the outside terrace needs attention,there was no welcome pack,i.e water etc,as we have had in other apartments, attention to detail is key when letting out the apartment...very disappointing.

Coffee maker was broken.
