“Good value”

The best

Big space, aircon in every room, parking in front of the house, little outside space, pet friendly. Good value.

To be improved

Old and outdated. Had a weird smell. Kitchen supplies were all damaged and scratched. Plates and glasses were dirty. Someone lives right upstairs (owners?) sounds.
