To be improved

The location was great, literally opposite the beach with lots of lovely restaurants. However, check-in was protracted as it was only on the day that the lady confirmed the address we had to go to collect the keys, which was a pain. Entering the apartment was really difficult because the key system was really old and the three of us could not physically open the door. Eventually the agency worker came to help us. There was no toilet roll and it just felt like for the money we paid that it could have had a bit more TLC and certainly a better experience of checking in. The actual apartment was fine, but we're only there for a couple of days and don't need the hassle of having to phone the agency and waiting for them to come to sort out a problem.
