Very limited TV stations Not permitted to play music, watch TV or talk in the living room after 11pm at nights. At first I thought it was a joke but apparently the neighbours complained therefore the accommodation will be unsuitable for children as they won’t understand the noise cut off time.

Some small damages to the tiles in the bathroom and lack of functionality in the shower head and sink plug, these little things make a big difference to the atmosphere and feeling. I also couldnt find plates but not a big deal for me

Quite time after 23:00 means completely no noise. I was watching a video at a medium volume in the living room, and a neighbor started hitting wall to let us now to turn it off even before 23:00. The same with moderate speaking. The worst part that the owner asks to be even quieter when the neighbor complains. And this was during Fallas period when people do fireworks at night. If you like going to restaurants for dinner that usually open at 8-8:30h in Valencia, I would not recommend this place because, when you come back, there is nothing else left to do except going straight to bed. Recommendation for the owner, if you take money for staying in the apartment, make sure that there would be a space where people can hang out in the evening. Move WiFi, TV, sofas to a different room if staying in a living room annoys neighbors. Ants and spiders in the apartment. I left a fruit on the cupboard in the kitchen and next day found ants around and in it. The same with tables in the living room. Also there was a silverfish on a pillow. Dirty kitchen, kettle full of lime layers, very dirty fabric of sofas and chairs, bathroom has mold. Apartment is very cold in March. Colder that outside. Good we could use air conditioner to make it livable because portable radiators were not enough for such a big room as living room. WiFi is slow and works only in the living room and in the hall near living room.
