It is a bit far from the beach and city centre but we don't mind that, we love walking.

The best

The important areas were clean. However, it could use a deep scrub. Dust on top of refrigerator and oven fan. Staff was very attentive when we had questions.

To be improved

Bed was very hard. Sofa is very uncomfortable for sitting, I imagine it would be horrible to sleep on. There is a pre-school or something nearby that is quite noisy. Local kids play in the alley just in front of your door. Parking can take a while. There is a parking lot under the trees by the water way, however be careful to lock up. Young guys steal stuff and try to get you to pay for parking that is actually free. Overall, very basic accommodations, you won't want to spend much time in the room, its not that type of rental. Sleep, if you can, shower and split.
